Hi! My name is Chaya Hinda Allen

And I get it — because I’ve been there

Fifteen years ago, I experienced a profound wake up call.

I was struggling through a personal crisis, but worse than the issue itself was the overwhelming worry and pain I was going through… and feeling that no one could help me.

Anxiety, fear, & low self esteem consumed me ALL. THE. TIME.

I felt helpless. I knew that I was part of the problem but couldn’t figure out how to change myself.

And the worst part of it all?

I knew that a person with real emunah would have been able to maintain inner peace and calm no matter what was going on. I had thought that I had that emunah…now I did not know anymore.

I didn’t know what Hashem wanted or expected from me. I saw only a dark hole in front of me. And I saw No. Way. Out.

That pain took me on a journey

I just had to find a way to help myself. My life struggle — which is what it truly was — was a personal struggle that I didn’t know how to face. I knew there had to be a message within it all…

But I didn’t know how to access it.

Oh, the things I tried...

I took courses

But they didn’t give me the personal guidance I was looking for.

I read all kinds of books

But I didn’t gain the tools (that I wasn’t even yet aware I needed!) to make that learning help me.

I spent so much time pouring over classic seforim

But I didn’t know how to take the into my heart and get it to change me.

I knew I needed something “else”
but had no idea what that “something else” should be

It was terribly frustrating.

Meeting Rabbanit Sara Yosef…

Then I found out about Rabbanit Sara Yosef (the daughter in law of HaRav Ovadia Yosef, zt’l). She had actually just published her book (in Hebrew), called “BeMachshava Techila”. I called to get the book because it sounded intriguing to me…and the person who answered the phone told me the Rabbanit was starting a live course in Bnei Brak. So I signed up.

I was the only English speaker in the whole room.

Her classes really blew my mind. They were Torah classes but every single class came with her guided imageries. It was the first time I EVER experienced guided imageries.

And it was such a game-changer

Using guided imageries was a totally new experience for me.

At first I thought it was rather strange. I mean, how could just *imagining* my best outcome do anything at all??

Yet, by using this method and mentally envisioning my positive outcome, I was able to change the way I felt, the way I wanted to live, and the way I wanted to interact with others in my life.

I discovered that by training my mind I actually had the power to change my inner self

I learned how to create different feelings within myself, and how to make myself feel happy — truly happy — connected, and upbeat despite my very real struggles.

In short, I discovered the power of guided imagery.

But what IS guided imagery?

Guided imagery is listening to positive messages on a particular theme, with your eyes closed, your mind still, and your body breathing in deeply.
You access a deep place of relaxation this way.

And then your mind is able to accept and reprogram itself.
When guided imagery is done consistently and properly, you are able to access a deep place of inner quiet.

Reflection on your life. Inner peace and tranquility.

These are invaluable tools to regain inner calm, peace of mind, and hope.

What I found...

When I started to feel differently, I began to feel that Hashem deeply understood where I was at and what I was struggling with — and that He cared. This gave me back a deeper emunah than before, and most of all, it created authentic hope.

Using the power of our mind and subconscious to help us move past our struggles is an incredible tool for growth.

Nesivos Shalom says

To the degree that a person roots in his mind, and imagines in his heart, Hashem’s love and closeness to him, to that extent he draws that relationship down to him from heaven. “He will have compassion upon me, even though I am unworthy of it.”

Which chapter?

Rav Dessler says

The Avos and great Torah leaders achieved their levels because they knew the tremendous power of the imagination “ציורי הלב”. We need to fight the yetzer hara and heal our spirits by increasing the use of pictures (ie imagination) from the side of Holiness.
The Alter of Kelm in Darkei Hahashava El HaLev

Rav Yisrael Salanter says

Since the imagination can aid in self improvement, a person should imagine himself as the High Priest who is about to enter the Holy of Holies on Yom Kippur and how he would tremble with awe lest something happen to himself.

Ohr Yisrael chapter 7

This was a real enlightening moment for me

I realized that the way I had perceived myself and my life until now were actually poor habits instead of absolute truths.

Once I could repaint that picture in my mind and release my old negative thought patterns, I could then approach my life and REPLACE IT with more positive images.

Because THAT is really the authentic truth — not the negativity I was programmed to believe all my life!

This process was life-altering.

And the Rabbanit encouraged me to share it further...

At the end of the series I went over to the Rabbanit to thank her and told her this really really needs to be in English. I proofread the English version of her book, “BeMachshava Techila”, ie, “All in your Mind”…and then she encouraged me –and gave me full permission– to teach her entire series in English.

Giving those initial classes gave me tons of student feedback and a MOUND of questions. I was forced to do more and more research, eventually developing the series into a much fuller version.

You're changing my soul for the positive

“How is it that I feel you're reaching so deeply into my soul and changing it for the positive! I never experienced this before! This is so powerful.”

And today...

For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with so many women just like you.

And I’ve seen firsthand how

Makes such a huge difference in people’s lives

People see the difference in many areas, including health, finances, relationships, and self-esteem, just to name a few.

Using the power of our mind to create a new, positive default setting, takes us out of negative, hurtful thoughts to positive images — that become positive outcomes.

This is so redeeming

I'm a different person now - calm and relaxed!
“I used to be very nervous, always thinking negatively, “What will be about the bank overdraft, how will I get my son to get up in the morning, who will want to marry my daughter….”Thanks to your classes, Chaya Hinda, I’m a different person now -- much more calm and relaxed. When I’m overwhelmed I review the tools you gave us and use them to center myself. The Guided Imageries in particular have changed me. They are so powerful!”
Powerful and life-changing
“When I feel empty, like I don’t have what to give to my children, I listen to the guided imagery on unconditional love. I fill myself up – it’s incredible! I do this Guided Imagery for a few days, and my kids really feel it. These are such powerful, life-changing tools!!”
Calm, confident and excited
“Every morning I listen to a "Chaya Hinda track". It completely frames my entire day, often my whole week. If I”m feeling distracted or worried, listening to the classes helps me see the positive end to my day. I feel so much more calm, confident and just excited to go into my day because of it. I have seen lots of areas of success, both small and large…”
